We realize that the majority of our patients attend school or work during normal office hours. We would like to set our appointments so that we can accommodate as many of our patients as possible. However, it is not always possible to have an afterschool appointment. We strive to be as efficient as possible with our treatment times and have set our schedule in a way that we believe is fair to the largest number of patients. As a result, certain procedures are appointed only at certain times of the day.

Late arrivals

We do our best to run on time so that all of our patients can be seen in a timely manner. We ask that you provide us the same courtesy and arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to perform the entire treatment that was scheduled for that day. If you'd like to brush before you are seen, please arrive 5 minutes earlier to give yourself time to brush.

Missed Appointments

We will reschedule missed appointments but cannot guarantee the same time and day of the week. A make-up appointment may not be available for several weeks. However, an earlier appointment can be made at a non-prime time hour.
